Bojhena Shey Bojhena

Raj Chakraborty directed, Bojhena Shey Bojhena is a Bengali romantic drama film released in 2012. The film stars Payel Sarkar, Soham Chakraborty, Mimi Chakraborty, Ena Saha and Abir Chatterjee. The film runs the story of two couples parallely. Joyeeta (Payel Sarkar) and Abhik (Abir Chatterjee) are the first couple who falls in love with each other, in one day when Joyeeta comes to Kolkata city to find a job for her and Abhik helps by not going to the office on that day. The next similar story is of Noor (Soham Chakraborty) and Rhea (Mimi Chakraborty). Noor comes to Malda from Murshidabad,and happens to be Rhea’s neighbour. He falls for her and confesses to her. After several tests, even Rhea agrees to it. What happens next is very tragic. At the end of the film, Noor and Joyeeta die. The film passes on the message for road safety and how there is no certainty of our life and what can happen to us. The film is a Bengali remake of the Tamil film Engaeyum Eppothum which was released in 2012.
