Bangalore Days

Produced under the banner Anwar Rasheed Entertainments and Weekend Blockbusters with the direction of Anjali Menon, “Bangalore Days”, a 2014 movie, falls into the romantic comedy-drama genre. This movie later got remade in Tamil and released as Bangalore Naatkal. It stars Nazriya Nazim as Divya "Kunju" Prakash and Nivin Pauly as Krishnan "Kuttan" P.P. This Malayalam movie is streaming on Hotstar and Amazon Prime Video. The winner of Kerala Awards South, Asianet Film Award, Filmfare Awards South, and many more, depicts the story of three cousins who fulfill their dreams of living in Bangalore but soon struggle through the challenges of living in a big city. The three characters, however, end up in different situations, facing problems that gradually transform their way of living, resulting in overcoming their mess and dilemma. Later the remake rights of Bangalore Days regarding Tamil, Telugu, and Hindi language were combinedly bought by Dil Raju and PVP Cinemas. The Tamil remake stars Rana Daggubati, directed by Bhaskar.
