Balettan

Balettan is a 2003 Indian Malayalam film directed by V.M Vinu. This is a drama film which follows the story of a son who has to fulfill his father’s deathbed wish which shocks him and his family also. Balettan has it all - a loving wife, two children and a passion for theatre and helping others. However, his life turns upside down when his dying father makes a shocking revelation that he leads another life with another wife and has a daughter with her. He asks Balettan to watch for his second family, and not to disclose this secret to anyone in Balettan’s own family. Balettan secretly meets his half-sister and is suspected of having an affair. Will Balettan reveal his father’s secret to everyone? Or Will he take the blame for something he hasn’t done?
