Bachchhan Paandey is a masala film which has a genre of action comedy, The film has its main protagonist in Bachchhan Paandey, an over-ambitious and fearsome Don. Following the absurdity and the over-emotional style of movements, the story narrates incidents and adventures of Paandey belonging to the underworld. His life suddenly shifts in a new course when he is confronted with a tenacious journalist who wants to know the whole story about him.

The film has ample amount of action which is blended with comedy, the macho image portrayed by the lead actor Paandey along with the trouble he goes through with the police and rival gangs. This film has action-packed scenes, comedy dialogs and very well acted performance which makes it an entertaining movie to watch with elements of drama.
