Ayirathil Oruvan

Ayirathil Oruvan is a 2010 Indian Tamil - language film that is directed and written by Selvaraghavan. This is an action adventure film that stars Karthi, Reemma Sen, Andrea Jeremiah, Parthiepan, Pratap K. Pothan, Azhagam Perumal and Crane Manohar. The film follows the journey of three characters - Chandramouli, a famous archaeologist; Anitha, a government officer and Lavanya, Chandramouli's daughter. Chandramouli goes missing and the other two embark on an adventure to search for a missing archaeologist. The film is loosely inspired by the historical decline of the Tamil Chola dynasty along with the rise of the Tamil Pandya dynasty.
