Alien

The commercial space tug Nostromo is on its way back to Earth when it discovers an uncharted planetoid. The seven-member crew stumble upon a mysterious derelict spaceship and soon confront a violent alien species. A cat-and-mouse game ensues between the deadly extraterrestrial and seven humans between the walls of isolated spaceship corridors. Alien is an English-language sci-fi horror thriller written by Dan O'Bannon and directed by Ridley Scott. The drama is produced by Gordon Carroll, David Giler and Walter Hill, starring Tom Skerritt, Veronica Cartwright, Yaphet Kotto, Sigourney Weaver, John Hurt, Harry Dean Stanton and Ian Holm in prominent roles.
