Ajay Devgn vs Sanjay Dutt for Ranger

Ajay Devgn plays the protagonist, while Sanjay Dutt will be seen as the villain in Luv Ranjan and Jagan Shakti's Ranger. Devgn will be seen as a forest ranger while Dutt, as reported by Pinkvilla, will be seen as the natural villain for Ranger owing to his aura.

About Ranger

Ranger might commence shooting in the Summer of 2025. Currently, while Luv Ranjan is finalizing the locations, Jagan Shakti is looking at the VFX side to recreate forests and animals. The two are also finalizing who should be a part of the ensemble.

Ajay Devgn-Sanjay Dutt's latest collaboration, Son of Sardaar 2

While there were reports that Sanjay Dutt was dropped from the film and replaced by Ravi Kishan, that was far from the truth. Dutt just couldn't land a UK visa but he has shot all schedules in India and is very much a part of the movie. So, two films featuring the actors together are in the works.
