Leela Vinodam is an ETV Win original set to stream from December 19, 2024. This village drama stars Shanmukh Jaswanth in the lead role. Shanmukh, a popular YouTuber and the runner-up of Bigg Boss Telugu Season 6 is making his debut as a hero with this film.

Expressing his excitement, Shanmukh shared, "I’ve waited a long time for this day. My dream of becoming a hero will come true with the release of Leela Vinodam on ETV Win." Reflecting on his journey, he added, "The last two years have been tough. I’ve gone through a lot, troubled my parents, tarnished their name, faced arrest, and was sidelined. But I stayed patient, waiting for one big opportunity, and that came with Leela Vinodam."
Shanmukh began his career as a YouTuber and was once in a relationship with fellow social media influencer Deepthi Sunaina. However, his closeness to Siri during Bigg Boss Telugu caused a fallout, leading to his breakup. Matters worsened when he faced arrest in a drug case related to one of his family members. "I’ve seen the worst in life. Watching my parents suffer was heartbreaking. My only goal now is to become a successful actor and prove everyone wrong," Shanmukh said.
Leela Vinodam follows the story of a young student from a small village who struggles to confess his love. The film explores what happens when the girl he loves doesn’t respond to his proposal. "I play an endearing character I could relate to. We’ve all experienced the challenges of love in our younger days, and Leela Vinodam beautifully captures that phase. The film has an old-school charm that will resonate with the OTT audience," Shanmukh explained.
Directed by Pavan Sunkara, the film is a light-hearted entertainer with situational comedy. "The story revolves around a young man awaiting his love's response. The comedy, tension, and heartfelt moments make the film special," he added. Anagha Ajithis also making her debut with this film.
Shanmukh, who once enjoyed immense popularity as a social media influencer, admitted to losing his way but is determined to make a comeback. "I’ve hurt my parents, myself, and my fans who had high expectations of me. But I promise that the best is yet to come, and my rise begins with Leela Vinodam."
