36 Days actor Amruta Khanvilkar on Anil Kapoor replacing Salman Khan as a host in Bigg Boss OTT 3 | Exclusive

Amruta Khanvilkar will be soon seen in Vishal Furia's upcoming suspense thriller 36 Days which is set to release on SonyLIV and OTTplay Premium on July 12. 2024. The actress is known for her multiple works on screen and has also shared the screen space with Anil Kapoor in the film Malang. Recently, when Amruta was in an exclusive chat with OTTplay, we asked her about Anil Kapoor hosting the third season of Bigg Boss OTT and not Salman Khan, to which she had an interesting answer. Speaking about what new will Anil Kapoor bring with his hosting skills, Amruta Khanvilkar said, "What can we say about legends, but I think Anil sir will bring a different kind of streak to the show, and he is a people's superstar just like Salman sir. I think Anil sir will also bring his own flavor with the way he works. He has so much experience; he's done so much work and continues to do more. And also, the way he looks—who would say he's this age when you look at his energy and the kind of commitment he has for his work and fitness? He is just fantastic."

"I think there is so much to learn from all these legends. She also added that when he was asked about replacing Salman Khan at the trailer launch, he said, 'so am I,' and that was just awesome," she further added.

For the uninitiated, the third season of Bigg Boss OTT is currently streaming on Jio Cinema. The show is as entertaining as it was expected to be with the regular fights, revelations, and arguments. The Anil Kapoor-hosted show is currently in the third week and also saw the elimination of a few contestants including Neeraj Goyat, Payal Malki, and Poulomi Das. The show premieres every day at 9 pm on Jio Cinema.
