Maamla Legal hai starring Ravi Kishan as VD Tyagi revolves around the busy hallways of Patparganj, New Delhi's District Court, where the mundane meets the extraordinary. Amid the legal and gavel battles, an ensemble of court staff which is led by VD Tyagi navigates through a series of humoirous yet thought-provoking legal battles. The show also stars Naila Grewal, Yashpal Sharma, and Nishi Bisht in important roles.

Why you should watch it: If you are a fan of courtroom dramas that come with laughter as well as a gripping story then watch this one for sure.

Shogun on Prime Video

Shogun is a drama show that revolves around the fictionalized version of real events and history. It revolves around John Blackthrone, played by Cosmo Jarvis, who is an intrepid English sailor who gets shipwrecked in Japan and gets involved with Lady Mariko, played by Anna Sawai. Mariko is a talented but dishonored samurai. The tale unfolds and the narrative shows the challenges of redefining their futures.

Why you should watch it: The show is based on the 1975 novel of the same name by James Clavell and if historic stories and visuals are your thing, then this one must be on your weekend watchlist.

Sunflower Season 2 on Zee5

After the successful first season, the second season of Sunflower is here. Starring Sunil Grover as Sonu Singh, the show is a mixture of mystery and humor. In yet another murder, Sonu finds himself embroiled. The narrative gets more intriguing when Rosie Mehta, played by Adah Sharma, enters the scene.

Why you should watch it: If you have watched and liked the first season, do not miss this one as it promises more humor and unexpected twists and turns.
