Actress Tabu recently broke the internet when it was announced that she has been roped in to star in the Dune Prophecy series as ‘strong, intelligent, and alluring’ Sister Francesca. With her powerful performances, Tabu has impressed the Indian audiences with multiple projects and we can't wait to watch her in a big Hollywood project. It is to be noted that this is not Tabu's first International project. The actress earlier appeared in two projects including Mira Nair's Indian-American drama, The Namesake, in 2006 and Ang Lee's survival drama, Life of Pi, in 2012.
However, this is not the first time that an Indian actor has surprised us by being a part of a Hollywood project. Before her, multiple actors including Irrfan Khan, Deepika Padukone, and Alia Bhatt, among others have been a part of big Hollywood projects and demonstrated their talent.
