Ankita Lokhande began her journey in the Indian television space back in 2004. The actress was seen as a contestant on India's Best Cinestars Ki Khoj. A few years later, she made her full-fledged acting debut with a show that is still etched in everyone's hearts, we are talking about Pavitra Rishta. She was an integral part of the show, which aired on a popular TV channel. As of today, Lokhande is gearing up for the OTT premiere of her film, Swatantrya Veer Savarkar. Ankita Lokhande started her acting career in the TV space with Ektaa Kapoor's Pavitra Rishta. The actress shared screen space with (late) Sushant Singh Rajput. Ankita rose to fame and became a household because of her portrayal as Archana Deshmukh in the show. Pavitra Rishta: It's Never Too Late

Pavitra Rishta took a digital route in 2021. The successful television show was converted into a web series format for the OTT space. Ankita reprised her character of Archana Deshmukh, while Shaheer Sheikh came on board as the lead actor Manav Deshmukh. Usha Nadkarni, on the other hand, portrayed the character of Manav's mother, Savita. The first season of the series dropped on September 15, 2021. It's available for streaming on ZEE5 and OTTplay Premium.
Pavitra Rishta 2.0: It's Never Too Late

Pavitra Rishta: It's Never Too Late was renewed for a second season on ZEE5 and OTTplay Premium. It marked the return of Ankita and Shaheer as Archana and Manav. While sharing the official trailer Pavitra Rishta 2.0: It's Never Too Late on YouTube, the makers wrote, "Manav and Archana have faced several challenges in life. Will they reunite despite all the difficulties? (sic)." Go on a nostalgia trip by revisiting this series, which consists of 8 episodes.
Meanwhile, if you wish to watch Ankita's film Baaghi 3 on OTT, it is available for streaming on Disney+ Hotstar. Directed by Ahmed Khan, the film featured Tiger Shroff and Shraddha Kapoor in the lead roles.
