In just the second edition of the Women's Premier League (WPL) 2024, the Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) women have not only reached the Final by defeating the defending champions Mumbai Indians (MI) but have also displayed a terrific bowling performance, getting the table-toppers Delhi Capitals (DC) all-out for 113 runs.

The Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi then witnessed a dramatic batting collapse as DC went from 61 for 0 at the end of the batting Powerplay to 113 all-out in 18.3 overs. Shreyanka Patil was the pick of the bowlers, claiming 4 wickets, while Asha Sobhana picked up two.

At the toss, DC opted for the same squad after winning the toss and opting to bat first in the Final encounter, while RCB made one change, bringing in Sabbhineni Meghana in place of Shraddha Poklharkar.
