Shanghai Masters 2024: Round 1 draw of ATP Masters 1000 tournament

All the seeded players of the tournament have got Round 1 byes and will be in action only in Round 2. Here is a list of who will play on October 2

The top men's tennis players head to China for the 2024 Shanghai Masters

The main draw of the eighth ATP Masters 1000 tournament, the Shanghai Masters is here, with the Round of 128 beginning on October 2. 33 of the top seeds have been given first round byes and will be in action only on October 4 in the Round of 64. Alexander Zverev, who had earlier announced he was withdrawing from the tournament, has confirmed his participation.

Defending champion Hubert Hurkacz, Nuno Borges, Thiago Monteiro, Fabian Marozsan, Alex de Minaur and Jack Draper will not be headed to Shanghai. Novak Djokovic, who has won the Shanghai title 4 times in the past and has not had a great year barring his Olympic triumph, will be looking at ending 2024 with another trophy in his cabinet.
