On February 2 and 3, TWICE dazzled fans with their two-day 'Ready To Be' world tour concert in Mexico City's Foro Sol Stadium. Tickets for both dates sold out rapidly, drawing a crowd of approximately 110,000 attendees on both days. While the sold-out concerts dominated discussions, it was the unexpected 'kiss' between leader Jihyo and Sana that set the ONCE fandom into a frenzy.

In no time, videos inundated social media platforms, especially X (formerly known as Twitter), with fans expressing their excitement online. It sees Jihyo flirting with the camera and suddenly Sana running towards her, grabbing her face and tilting it for a 'kiss'. Soon the footage of the 'kiss' circulated widely from multiple angles and fans were only seen talking about the moment that has since gone viral.

About the concert:

TWICE is renowned for its dynamic and captivating concerts, so it was no surprise to fans when they swiftly sold out their venues. After five years, the girl group, comprised of Jihyo, Nayeon, Jeongyeon, Momo, Sana, Mina, Dahyun, Chaeyoung, and Tzuyu, fulfilled their promise by returning and selling out two shows over two days in Mexico City, marking a milestone in their career.

Mexico and Brazil will serve as the initial stops for TWICE in 2024, being the only two countries in Latin America on their fifth global tour. The concert kicked off with crowd favourites like 'Set Me Free' (2023) and 'I Can't Stop Me' (2020), setting the stage for a nearly three-hour spectacle.

The group will now move to Brazil where they will perform at the Allianz Parque in São Paulo on February 6 and 7 followed by the Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas on March 16.
