There are suggestions to replace Cameron Green with another all-rounder, Will Jacks, as the Aussie has failed to make any significant impact for RCB.
Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) consistently set records, whether good or bad in every Indian Premier League (IPL) season. Once again, they became the first team this year to be bowled out when they faced Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) at their home ground - M.Chinnaswamy Stadium.

Witnessing the team lose their second home game, first against Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR), left fans agitated, particularly for one of the only batters who has consistently performed - Virat Kohli. While many advocate for his return as RCB captain, given Faf du Plessis' lacklustre performance except for the first game against Chennai Super Kings (CSK), others urge him to depart and join a more deserving team.
Many have even taken to social media platforms like X (formerly known as Twitter) to push for Mahipal Lomror's permanent inclusion in the playing XI rather than being an impact sub, as he's one of the few batters who has delivered in crunch situations after being brought in to bat.
Additionally, there are suggestions to replace Cameron Green with another all-rounder, Will Jacks, as Green has failed to make any significant impact despite being acquired for a substantial price.
In IPL 2024, RCB lost their season opener to CSK but bounced back at Chinnaswamy to defeat Punjab Kings (PBKS). However, they subsequently suffered two consecutive losses against KKR and LSG.
RCB will now face top-placed Rajasthan Royals on April 6 (Saturday) at the Sawai Mansingh Stadium in Jaipur. RR remains undefeated and boasts strong bowling prowess.
