The missed opportunity in the previous over could have seen Jasprit Bumrah dismiss the left-hander, but Rohit Sharma and the Indian team opted not to review. This decision led to some frustration, especially as Bumrah conceded a couple of boundaries in this over. However, Bumrah bounced back in style, ultimately having the last laugh by clean-bowling Ben Duckett in the following over.

The in-slanting length delivery from Bumrah further nipped back off the seam, catching Ben Duckett off guard. Duckett attempted to drive away from his body, failing to adjust to the movement. The ball sneaked past the inside edge and uprooted the off-stump, sending Duckett back to the pavilion after scoring 47 runs off 52 balls [4s-7].

Bumrah's jubilation was evident as he punched the air and exclaimed "Come on," igniting the crowd into a frenzy. Fans online also couldn't contain their excitement as they shared videos and photos of the ecstatic bowler celebrating the wicket.

As of writing the article, Bumrah even got the wicket of Joe Root who had to walk back for just 2 runs.

On Day 3, India commenced cautiously but eventually found themselves all-out for 436 runs. England's Joe Root impressed with a four-wicket haul, limiting India's lead to 190 runs. The final dismissals for England included Jasprit Bumrah, caught out by Root for a duck, and Rehan Ahmed bowling out Axar Patel for 44.

India's batting display began with Yashasvi Jaiswal's strong performance, demonstrating mastery in Indian conditions. The partnership between KL Rahul (86) and Shreyas Iyer (35) added to India's solid foundation, while contributions from Jadeja and Srikar Bharat further bolstered the team's batting strength, posing significant challenges for the English side.
