From the first match to the current fourth encounter against Australia, Indian spinner Ravi Bishnoi has consistently proven to be the bowler capable of delivering crucial breakthroughs. In the fourth match of the ongoing five-match T20I series, Bishnoi was brought into the attack when Australian batters Travis Head and Josh Philippe seemed to be dominating at the Shaheed Veer Narayan Singh International Stadium in Raipur.

Bishnoi, showcasing his effectiveness, immediately disrupted the partnership. He took a wicket with his first ball, a much-needed breakthrough for India to halt the run flow. Philippe attempted a sweep shot on the first ball but misjudged the very full delivery. The ball sneaked under his bat, crashed onto the stumps, and created a mess. Philippe had to depart for 8 runs off 7 balls, including 2 fours.

Following this crucial wicket, Bishnoi had two more genuine chances, but both decisions were ruled as umpire's call which saw him get frustrated.

After the dismissal, fans expressed their admiration for the spinner on X (formerly known as Twitter), with many suggesting that he should be included in the upcoming T20 World Cup squad.

As of the time of writing this article, 8 overs were completed, and Australia had lost three wickets while scoring 61 runs. Axar Patel picked up two wickets following Bishnoi's breakthrough.
