Having reached another final of the ICC U19 World Cup 2024, Team India is eyeing yet another trophy as they face Australia yet again following a scintillating round of semi-final fixtures. The Boys in Blue secured their spot in the final after defeating hosts South Africa by two wickets, while the Aussies emerged victorious over Pakistan by one wicket in the final over of the contest.
The highly anticipated final will be hosted on February 11 (Sunday) at Willowmoore Park, Benoni, at 1:30 PM IST. Fans in India will be able to watch the action unfold on Star Sports 1 and Disney+ Hotstar, with free-to-air coverage available on Doordarshan.
Both finalists will head into the final undefeated, having topped their respective groups in both the initial stage and the Super Six stage as well.
In the first semi-final, India played a tense match while chasing 245 for victory. They battled back after being 32 for four down to seal a memorable win thanks to a brilliant match-winning partnership between Sachin Dhas and captain Uday Saharan.
