Rising Impact is for those interested in Sports, especially Golf (who already know wshat the title means)
Gawain Nanaumi tries to find a dream during his childhood, and realizes that Golf is for him. Thus begins his journey to become the absolute best in the sport at a young age itself.
Rising Impact is about a matured woman, Kiria Nishino, who meets a chirpy boy, Gawain Nanaumi. She is a no-nonsense type of woman and he is full of innocence. Thus begins their adventures.
A mysterious bag gets in the mix. The mystery of it is built rather slowly. That plays an important role in building the relationship between Kiria and Gawain.
Of course, given them, there are a lot of fun and heartwarming moments to look forward to. It begins from the first episode itself, especially with Gawain's innocence.
His training and bonds make up for most part of the series. It is what keeps you gripped towards the show.
The focus is on golf in this series. Of course, given that this is anime, it is not perfect. Some scenes, like the blood on hands touching all places but there being no signs of blood there, seems unrealistic.
Mukaida Takeo, like in many animes, starts to believe he's a loser till he gains a true friend. His is a brief but not the best story out there.
Lancelot Norman ends up playing an important role in the series as well. He is one of the pros and like Kiria, doesn't underestimate Gawain despite the odds.
Just as you were still getting to know him, comes Liebel. They are similar in many ways, including their looks. More about Liebel is revealed in episode 7 and that is a moment you would not want to miss. Unlike Lancelot, he has a past which is very close to the profession he has chosen. He has a story to tell and it is as heartening as Gawain's.
The music on the show works wonders in building up a scene. It is on spot for the rush you get when watching or playing sports.
All in all, the series is good enough for those who like anime as a whole. Furthermore, if they have an interest in Sports, especially golf, this one would definitely pique their interest.
You most definitely have to watch this, more so if you like the spirit of anime and sportsmanship. In case you wish to unwind and try to find some motivation, Rising Impact could come in handy. Thumbs up for this one.
