Naa Saami Ranga has a routine backdrop and storyline. But good songs, comedy, and romance make this film a perfect watch for this Sankranthi season.

Review
Naa Saami Ranga marks the comeback of Nagarjuna on the big screen after a long gap. He has given a debutante named Vijay Binni the responsibility of directing this film and one can say that he has lived up to all the expectations put on him.
Naa Saami Ranga has a village backdrop and is filled with colourful visuals, romance, songs, comedy, fights, and simple conflicts. Story-wise, there is nothing new that has been showcased in the film. But the presence of A-listers like Nagarjuna, Allari Naresh, Raj Tharun, and Ashika Ranganath makes the film look vibrant and breezy.
It has been quite some time since we have seen Nagarjuna in such an entertaining role and this makes his fans love his new avatar after a long gap. The conflict point is simple and credit should go to director Vijay Binni, who handled all the stars appropriately. Each actor gets his due and the drama is highlighted in the second half.
There are no breathtaking moments drama-wise and at the same time, the emotions are also not overdone. One gets a feeling that the film is moving without any issues and good songs keep you invested, which is a boon in today's time and age.
Naa Saami Ranga performances
Nagarjuna leads from the front and gives a vibrant performance. Nag, in his lungi-clad avatar, does a solid job. Be it his look, swag, or action scenes, the star hero lives up to expectations and gives his fans what they have been missing for a long time now.
Ashika Ranganath is the soul of the film and she is amazing in her role. She has two shades in her role and performs with the utmost confidence amidst seasoned actors like Nagarjuna and Nasser. Allari Naresh is a pro when it comes to doing supporting roles and he brings a lot of depth to the narrative in the film. Raj Tharun has a small role and he does his best.
Naa Saami Ranga Technical Aspects
MM Keeravaani makes a meaningful impact with his musical compositions, skillfully setting the perfect emotional tones throughout the movie. The meticulously crafted pre-climax and climax scenes enhance the overall appeal of the film, while the supporting cast delivers performances that meet expectations and contribute to the movie's satisfactory execution.
DrawbacksNaa of Naa Saami Ranga
The characters portrayed by Raj Tarun, Shabeer, and Rukshar Dhillon had the potential for further development that could have added depth and richness to their roles in the movie. The conflict between the lead pair should have also been highlighted to make the narration gripping.
One of the biggest assets of the film is the amazing camerawork. The cameraman brilliantly highlights the lavish locations, production design, and village backdrop. The editing in the first half is a bit lethargic but it makes sense in the second part and keeps the audience on its toes.
Director Vijay Binni makes a decent debut. Though he chooses a routine story, the way his screenplay works and he elevates the drama in the needed time is his strength. Naa Sammi Ranga does not have anything extraordinary but it has enough moments for the family audience to give the film a shot this festive season. The presence of multiple stars is a bonus.
Verdict
On the whole, Naa Saami Ranga is a routine village drama that offers nothing new in terms of story. But the way it is mounted with A-listers, the presence of decent comedy, solid fights, and colourful visuals make this film a time-pass watch this festive season.
