The guests in the latest episode of the show have etched a niche of their own and are popularly called as influencers.These are some of the funniest and most inventive people from the influ-verse - first is Tanmay Bhat, the veteran of stand-up and sketch comedy in the country. Next up is Kusha Kapila, the most popular influencer on Instagram. Then there is Danish Sait, who shot to fame for his various social media characters. The last guest on the episode is the very goofy and popular content creator on the internet, who flew straight from Los Angeles, Niharika NM. The banter took a turn when Niharika hinted that Karan was partial to Janhvi over Sara. The guests made fun of all the ways how Karan was partial to Janhvi over Sara to which Karan revealed the original story behind the whole insinuation that is going on the internet.In the episode where Sara and Janhvi had come together, due to some defect in the algorithm system on the show, the results for the Koffee quiz favoured Janhvi who got very excited and joyful while receiving the prize. But it was later revealed that it was actually Sara who had won the prize, and that made Karan feel bad for Janhvi and that might have been the reason behind his subconscious partiality towards her over Sara. All the misunderstandings got edited and only the latter part was aired on screens that surmounted these conjectures over the internet.,

Karan and his embarrassment at not being invited to celebrity weddings
When the guests asked the host, Karan Johar, how it feels to not be invited to people’s weddings, Karan replied that he gets offended when not invited to these weddings. He feels like a matchmaker in the industry who should be at the mandap attending all the events. He even revealed the embarrassment that he had to go through during Vicky and Katrina’s wedding. In humour, he said that he even took a lot of solace in the fact that even the person who launched Vicky Kaushal in the industry was not invited.

Karan Johar and how he deals with the stuff written online
When Kusha asked Karan about how he deals with the stuff that is being written about him online, Karan replied that he has built a thick skin over the years when he knows that the stuff should not bother him. He confessed on dealing with anxiety issues and taking therapy sessions to combat those issues. His experience made him realise that he is not actually dealing with it with the right mindset but shoving it in a deep dark space from where it can all erupt back and hence, he started talking about all this stuff more openly.

Karan Johar and Ranveer Singh are part of a fashion club
After finishing the Bingo round, Kusha asked Karan that although his fashion sense is spoken about a lot online and something that he invests a lot of time in, what is it that makes his fashion cut above the rest? In response, Karan stated that his fashion game evolved in the last six years and he now wears whatever makes him happy. He even revealed that he and Ranveer Singh are one another’s biggest fans who complement each other on their fashion looks. He said that his fashion sense is about being comfortable with your own skin and wearing whatever you like.

Koffee with Karan Season 7 Awards
The first award for the Best Moment on the show went to Sonam Kapoor when she spoke about Ranbir Kapoor but forgot the name of the movie that he was featuring in. Instead of saying Brahmastra, she said Shiva No. 1, which became a hilarious moment of the show. It was a unanimous decision from the jury, where every member voted for her. Karan even called both Sonam and Arjun Kapoor to thank them and congratulate them in person.The next category was about the Rapid Fire and Ranveer Singh bagged the award for his honesty and nonchalant ways on the show., ,The next category for the award was Best Episode. The first episode featuring Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt bagged the award for Ranveer’s impressions of other actors, whom the jury thought were spontaneous and fun. It was a unanimous decision from the jury, where everybody appreciated his impressions and how Ranveer enacted Dharmendra on the sets., ,The episode ended with the Best performances Male and Female. Arjun Kapoor bagged the Best Male performance award for his fun-filled performance but also for how he was so vulnerable on the show. He talked about his family and his stress eating which made him quite relatable since it's very uncommon for actors to speak about their body issues openly. The female Best performance went to Samantha Ruth Prabhu for her honest and bold opinions on the show.,
