Zayed Khan's comeback film announced with a quirky title; find out!

The actor will be seen alongside Jackie Shroff in the upcoming film.

Zayed Khan, who has been out of the spotlight for a while, is getting ready to make a comeback in the movies. The actor made a point of being present on Wednesday in Mumbai as Jio Studios unveiled their next slate of films and web series, which included the former's movie.

The Film That Never Was is the working title of Zayed's comeback film. A small teaser for the movie was also released by the studio. The actor is seen talking with seasoned actor Jackie Shroff in the sneak peek.

The actor posted some information about his comeback in May 2022 on Instagram. He stated, "Hello people, sorry this got accidentally deleted. Anyway, here we go again. As promised, I have dropped the name of my new film. At the right-hand corner of every picture there is a letter; keep swiping left. Yes, the film's title is an acronym. It will be really fun to see what you guys make of it. And in case you still can't see it on your devices, here it is: 'TFTNW'. Let your imagination go wild. The truth is that only once everyone sees the film will they be able to know why we titled it what we did (sic)."

In addition, Zayed further thanked a few by writing, "I want to give a big shout out to @aseemmerchant, my producer, partner, and brother, for believing in me and that we could pull off this subject. @mohitshri18 Mohit Shrivastav (director), who has been just superb in his approach, patience, and tenacity towards his work, is well on his way to becoming a fine young lad with an excellent future. @iamkavindave (actor and writer) for literally burning midnight oil with me and the team while writing and rewriting the script. And for being a superb co-actor to work with, thank you, my brother. And my main man, my brother from another mother, Rajat Grover, who stood by me through thick and thin, no matter the odds or the challenges. I will be dropping the name of my production house in my next post. Later People. (sic)"

In 2003's Chura Liyaa Hai Tumne Zayed made his acting debut. He then rose to recognition for his parts in Main Hoon Na, Shabd, and Dus. He last appeared in the TV series Haasil.
