You season 4: THIS Euphoria actor to feature as series regular in Penn Badgley's Netflix thriller

The shooting for the fourth season is underway in Paris.

Lukas Gage will join the cast of Netflix's You as a series regular for season four, according to E! News. The drama, which is set in Paris, stars Penn Badgley as Joe Goldberg, and previously starred Victoria Pedretti, Ambyr Childers, Elizabeth Lail, and James Scully.

According to Deadline, who broke the news first, Gage would play Adam, "an ex-pat American, the youngest son of a wealthy East-Coast entrepreneur."

As a businessman who will go to any length to establish himself, the description stated that he's well-known for catastrophically failing to live up to the expectations of his wealthy, venerable family. Adam is a pleasant and witty party host and fast friend who is also an entrepreneur and gambler. But behind the surface, he is concealing a wealth of secrets and masking issues with extensive self-medication. Is he in love with his wealthy, titled lover, or is she just a tool for him? He is undeniably manipulating his buddies, but how far is he willing to go?

And, as someone who takes great risks, the true question is: Will he pose a threat to Joe, see right through him, and disclose who he really is, as Peach (Shay Mitchell) and Forty (James Scully) did?

And if you think you've seen Gage before, you probably have. The 26-year-old actor previously appeared in HBO's Euphoria as Tyler and HBO Max's The White Lotus as Dillon. Gage, though, may not be the only fascinating newcomer to the cast.

In the third season, Joe and Love have moved to Madre Linda, in Northern California, where they're surrounded by affluent tech entrepreneurs, judgmental mommy bloggers, and Insta-famous biohackers, now that they're married and have a baby. Joe is dedicated to his new job as a husband and father, but he is concerned about Love's dangerous impulsiveness. Then there's the matter of his heart. Is it possible that the woman he's been looking for all this time lives right down the street? It's one thing to get out of a basement cage. But what about the imprisonment of a picture-perfect marriage to a lady who knows all your lies? That'll be a lot more difficult to get out of.
