You Season 4: Tati Gabrielle says what could be in store for her character Marienne in Penn Badgley-led show

Actor Lukas Gage, known for his roles in The White Lotus and Euphoria will be joining the cast for the renewed season.

The streaming platform Netflix recently announced that Penn Badgley will return as Joe Goldberg for the renewed season of the psychological crime drama. The new season possibly will have more problems for him as he flees to Paris after killing his wife Love Quinn to find the 'love of his life' Marienne.

Season 3 of the show ended with a cliffhanger, showing Joe covering up the murder of Quinn as an accident and escaping to Paris to find Marienne. And now that Marienne has found the truth about Joe, will she have to always be on the run to escape his violent desire of happily ever after? Well, actor Tati Gabrielle opens up about her character Marienne and what could possible happen in the next season as she is the only one to survive Joe so far.

Gabrielle was speaking to The Hollywood Reporter when she revealed what's in store for her character Marienne. When asked if she would like to see Joe find Marienne again, she said, she would love that. She said she isn't sure what the closure for Marienne looks like but the one thing that has happened, even though using terrible means, is that she got her daughter back. "She thought that she was in love and headed toward a new life, a happy life and to find out that Joe wrecked everything? Yes, the one good that came out of that was she gets her daughter and she’s free from Ryan, but he put her in the worst position, even still," she told the portal.

She further added that she's now in a situation where she is terrified of another man and she will have to be on the run as she thinks Joe is planning to frame her for her abusive ex-boyfriend Ryan's murder. "She’s been presented so many more problems with that one takeaway," she said. She also feels that though Marienne would like to have a closure, she is also strong and mature enough to be able to move on in her life without it. "But I don’t even know what I’d want — you know, I want Marienne to be the one to kill Joe. Yeah, that’s what I want," she said.

Meanwhile, You Season 4 has Euphoria actor Lukas Gage playing a prominent role in Joe Goldberg's life as Adam, the youngest son of a business magnate. Adam is a very secretive entrepreneur and a gambler who is dependent on heavy medication.

You is a psychological thriller, based on the books by Caroline Kepnes. The show is developed by Greg Berlanti and Sera Gamble. The last season of the show starred Penn Badgley, Victoria Pedretti, Saffron Burrows, Tati Gabrielle, Shalita Grant, Travis Van Winkle and Dylan Arnold, among others.
