Released on February 23, Yami Gautam’s Article 370 continues to do well at the box office. Despite not having much publicity, the action-thriller is receiving a lot of love from audiences. Yami’s earlier films, Chor Nikal Ke Bhaga and OMG 2, failed to impress audiences. Both had average collections at the box office and views on Netflix. Hence, Article 370’s success has surprised the 35-year-old actress.

Yami is excited that Article 370 is doing so well. So, she wrote a heartwarming note on Instagram, giving a shout-out to the makers and expressing gratitude to the audiences. She uploaded a picture of herself dressed as her character Zooni Haksar and wrote that she is extremely grateful that people have reinstated the belief that groundbreaking cinema will always be embraced. She also urged others in the film industry to put more effort into creating films that push creative boundaries, as they will definitely rule people’s hearts.

It's been 8 weeks since Article 370 was released. Within 6 weeks, the film grossed over Rs100 crore at the box office worldwide. It seems like the action thriller not only impressed the Indian audience but those in other countries as well.

Set in a nation struggling with the complexities of national security, Article 370 is about a young field agent, Zooni Haksar, who is part of a top-secret mission. A group of field agents, chosen by the Prime Minister's team, face hardship and challenges while dismantling a network of terrorists and corrupt officers who are a threat to the nation. As the agents navigate this dangerous and heinous world, Haskar cannot rely only on her group’s skills and training. She needs to make strategic plans and take critical decisions that help banish evil.
Apart from Yami Gautam, Article 370 also stars Priyamani, Arun Govil, Mohan Agashe, Rajendranath Zutshi, Raj Arjun, Ashwini Koul, and Sumit Kaul.
Yami Gautam's pregnancy
Yami, who got married to Aditya Dhar, the producer of Article 370, confirmed that she is pregnant during the trailer launch event for the film. Although the couple has not shared any further updates or pictures with fans, Yami is glowing in her new pictures.
