Wonka is finally ready for its full-fledged OTT premiere after being available for rent for a few months. The film will stream for all subscribers on JioCinema beginning on May 3, 2024. Wonka stars the magnificent Timothée Chalamet in the titular role, and in 2023, Paul King directed the musical fantasy comedy film based on the story, which he co-wrote with Simon Farnaby. Roald Dahl's 1964 book Charlie and the Chocolate Factory features the character Willy Wonka, and the film traces his beginnings as a chocolatier.
