Who wore it better? Ananya Panday channels her inner Lolo as she twins with Karisma Kapoor

Kareena Kapoor Khan also shared what she felt about Ananya’s outfit.

Time and again, Ananya Panday has proved herself to be quite the fashionista, leaving fans speechless with her array of stellar looks. The star has done it again, this time drawing inspiration from yet another Bollywood style icon- Karisma Kapoor.

Taking to her official Instagram handle, Ananya shared a BTS photograph of herself in a colourful striped top, from the sets of Liger. The photograph featured a mirror selfie of the actress, and on the mirror viewers can see a photograph of Karisma wearing a similar striped outfit as well.

Ananya captioned the post “BTS of #Liger twining w the forever inspo Lolo 😋❤️ fun fact I take this picture with me on every shoot it’s a mood!!!! #Liger25thAugust”.

Karisma made sure to let Ananya know how good she looked, and commented on the post saying “Awwww this is adorable , love you my doll”.

Karisma’s sister Kareena Kapoor Khan also commented on the post. The Laal Singh Chaddha actress wrote “No one like OUR LOLO”, referring to Karisma. Kareena also followed it with another comment that read “So cool you look you star”.

Ananya can be seen wearing the outfit in the film, a glimpse of which viewers can see in Liger’s trailer as well. The striped top pops up when the trailer hits the 1:22 mark, where Ananya angrily tells Vijay Deverakonda “Stay away from my life”.

Liger, directed by Puri Jagannadh, is slated for release on August 25, 2022, in Telugu, Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil and Kannada. In addition to Ananya and Vijay, the film also features Ronit Roy, Ramya Krishna Vishu Reddy, Ali, Mike Tyson, Makarand Desh Pandey and Getup Srinu in pivotal roles.

Meanwhile ,Ananya is also working on Kho Gaye Hum Kahan, which will see her share the screen with Siddhant Chaturvedi and Adarsh Gourav.
