Ruslaan Mumtaz's entry into Bollywood

MP3: Mera Pehla Pehla Pyaar marked Ruslaan Mumtaz's Bollywood debut. He is the son of veteran actor Anjana Mumtaz, and earlier, during an interaction with ETimes, the actor spoke about how she was against the thought of him entering the film industry.

Ruslaan stated that Anjana knew firsthand how difficult it was to carve out a niche for herself in this industry because of her long history there. The actor, like many others, got into the industry for the glitz and glamour. Although he lacked the proper motivation, he always dreamed of being an actor. Acting was never the driving force behind his career choice. Ruslaan's desire to achieve stardom led him to pursue acting. His mother saw right through my popularity-driven job aspirations.

Anjana attempted to dissuade him by suggesting that he pursue a "real" career that would cause less disruption to his life. This line of work has a significant impact on their personal lives.
