When The Stars Gossip episode 3 ended on a cliffhanger since Eve (Gong Hyo-rin) was fighting for her life after being stuck in space. Her heart rate is impacted and she is assumed to be on the brink of death. This is when Lee Min-ho's Dr. Ryong was reading her last will. Little did he know of her struggles, but now, he knows. Eve struggles to stay alive, Dr. Ryong shows concern

Eve (Gong Hyo-jin)'s heart rate drops and Lee Min-ho's Dr. Gong Ryong realizes the tense situation outside. This happens once he is done reading her last will. Despite his own difficult situation, he goes ahead and calls out to her from inside the aircraft. It is his small attempt to keep her alive despite the odds being against her.

Choi Go-eun announces engagement to Dr. Ryong against her father's will

Meanwhile, Choi Go-eun (Han Ji-eun) makes her engagement to Ryong public against her father's will. While his mothers are happy, Go-eun's father fumes with fury.

She misses her lover and leaves him a message - to come home safe and sound. He gets the message but is conflicted after feeling something for Eve during their space travel together.

Dr. Kang vs Dr. Ryong again

The mysterious lottery ticket, which has 'Stand By Me' written on it, obviously belongs to Oh Jung-se's Dr. Kang-su. Ryong asks for Dona (Lee Cho-hee)'s help in his mission to take Kang-su down.

As always, Dr. Kang looks down on Ryong. He further tells him that the remaining three eggs are back in his possession. Ryong is in no mood to give up on the fight either. He is determined to not go back empty-handed, just as the delivery guy like the conspirers wanted.
