Jaideep Ahlawat is all set for his upcoming film titled Jaane Jaan alongside Kareena Kapoor Khan and Vijay Varma. Amid the ongoing buzz of Shah Rukh Khan starrer Jawan, Ahlawat also spoke about the Bollywood star and reminisced about the moment when he got starstruck by him while filming Raees.

When Jaideep Ahlawat met King Khan

In a recent statement, the Jaane Jaan actor remembered the time when he met Shah Rukh for the first time, who left a lasting impression on him. He shared that the moment Khan Sahab (SRK) walked into the room on their first meeting, the environment completely changed, "We exchanged pleasantries and I was completely calm on the surface but I couldn't help stealing glances at him."

Jaideep further mentioned that during their meetup on the sets of Raees, he forgot that he is an actor as he started mesmerising the star. At the same time the Paatal Lok actor froze during their sequence and reacted almost 10 seconds later. "I think that was the only time I felt starstruck," he added.

Jaane Jaan, which also has Saurabh Sachdeva, Karma Takapa, Naisha Khanna and Lin Laishram in key roles, is set for its OTT debut on September 21, 2023, on Netflix.
