What did Zack Snyder say?
According to Variety, Zack Snyder has shown interest in directing the next James Bond franchise! Known for his bold takes on existing franchises in the DC Universe, Zack Snyder has recently shifted gears and joined hands with Netflix productions, and gave Army of the Dead and Rebel Moon. Nevertheless, in a recent interview with The Atlantic, while talking about James Bond, Snyder said, “It would be cool to see, like, 20-year-old James Bond. The humble roots that he comes from. Whatever trauma of youth that makes you be able to be James Bond. There has to be something there.”
Truly, a young James Bond would be a stark contrast to the seasoned veterans we know. He would bring a rawness, a hunger to prove himself, a vulnerability that could make him both more relatable and more dangerous.
