Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s Rautu Ka Raaz will release on Zee5 and OTTplay soon, while Ranveer Singh’s Simmba will be seen in theatres during Diwali
Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s Rautu Ka Raaz is back in news, this time for how it merges with Ranveer Singh’s Simmba. Confused? Well, the makers have released a video in which the two worlds collide, and it is something you would not want to miss. We mean, Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s world meeting Rohit Shetty Cop Universe? That’s something unique, for sure!
Rajesh Kumar’s Naresh Dimri goes first and talks about Deepak Negi (Nawazuddin)’s appearance. Just as he says that he’s smart and fast, we see ‘Simmba’ Ranveer Singh. He talks about the entry and we see the epic scene of Simmba splashing his way through the water from Dhobi Ghat in Mumbai.
“Background mein kamaal ka music bajne lagta hai,” Dimri says, when we hear the Aala Re Aala’s music from Simmba, while Simmba watches goons run away from him. As soon as he talks about tehelka, there’s more scenes of goons getting beaten up, from Simmba itself. Even as he talks about thappad and men not able to stand still after, we see Ranveer flaunt his muscles.
Just when Dimri tries to elaborate more, with scenes of goons from Simmba, Nawazuddin’s Negi enters the shot. Things suddenly take a turn when Dimri finally spots Negi. They exchange a funny look, after which Negi calmly fires, “Bahut ho gaya,” and asks him to state directly if that was a part of promotions. Nawazuddin confirms what we already know – Rautu Ka Raaz is not Simmba. Negi then promises that no secret can stay hidden till he is in charge. Just as Dimri says, “Deepak Negi hai toh har case solve hona mumkin hai,” Nawazuddin reiterates, “Bahut ho gaya, chal abhi bahut kaam hai,” asking Dimri to bring the case file along before leaving the scene.
