Today, Shah Rukh Khan is celebrating 31 years in Bollywood.

Shah Rukh Khan – an award-winning actor, a doting father, and a great human being – has clocked 31 years in the Hindi film industry today. Even at the age of 57, he knows the art of winning the hearts of his fans and well-wishers. Last he was seen on screen in the action film, Pathaan which became a blockbuster and minted over Rs 1,000 crores globally.
While fans continue to shower love and appreciation for the megastar on their social media handles today, one video shared by Netflix is winning the hearts of people. In the video, Hollywood star Maitreyi Ramakrishnan is clearly fangirling over Shah Rukh Khan.
Maitreyi says, “Dude, Shah Rukh Khan is the man. Everyone knows it but we can’t say it enough. He’s the man bro. I wish Never Have I Ever had more dramatic intense music... I love (SRK’s film) Om Shanti Om. Also, Shah Rukh Khan plays such a happy-go-lucky character in the film. I love it.” She also looked mesmerized in love with the title track of the film, Om Shanti Om.
Recently, Maitreyi rose to fame after she featured in a leading role as high school student Devi Vishwakumar in the Netflix teen comedy series, Never Have I Ever. She also gained attention after a video of her from the series went viral on social media. In the viral video, she can be seen dancing to the tunes of Saami Saami – a popular song from the Indian film, Pushpa: The Rise.
About Shah Rukh Khan’s debut in Bollywood
Shah Rukh Khan began his career with appearances in several television series in the late 1980s and later made his Bollywood debut on June 25, 1992, with the film titled Deewana. Later, he rose to fame by playing villainous roles in the films like Baazigar (1993) and Darr (1993).
As of date, he has multiple projects to work on. Khan will star in two other films in 2023: Atlee's Jawan an action thriller featuring actors Priyamani and Vijay Sethupathi, and later in Rajkumar Hirani's Dunki.
