Watch Kiccha Sudeep’s Vikrant Rona in the language of your choice with an app and a pair of good headphones

The makers have associated with Cinedubs to provide the facility to theatre audiences

Kiccha Sudeep, who has been busy promoting his upcoming release Vikrant Rona in Delhi, flew back to Bengaluru for a quick detour before heading off to another city, in order to be present at the launch of the film’s NFT (Non-Fungible Token) launch.

During the launch event, Sudeep also took time to talk about Vikrant Rona, and the different languages it is being dubbed into. While on the topic of the different languages that the film will be available, the Kannada superstar added that his team had tied up with Cinedubs, an app that allows cinegoers to watch a film in the language of their choice.

“For example, if you are in Andhra Pradesh, and want to watch Vikrant Rona in its Kannada version, but are unable to find a suitable show, you can go for the Telugu version, open the app and sync the language of your choice, with the music, songs, everything. This will work only in the theatre though,” explained Sudeep.

In India, R Madhavan’s Rocketry was the first to adopt Cinedubs for the six languages that the film released in. And now, Vikrant Rona is set to follow suit. All that one has to do is download the Cinedubs mobile app from Google Play Store or Apple App Store, and then select the theatre, show timing and the language they want to watch it in. The app will then download the original soundtrack as provided by the film team and make it available in 5.1 Dolby sound on your headphones.

Vikrant Rona, which is releasing in theatres in 3D on July 28, will have its international premiere on July 27 in Dubai. The team is looking at having a pre-release event in Bengaluru on July 24 or 25, which will be finalized in the coming days, based on Sudeep’s promotion schedule.
