BTS band members Suga, Jin, Jimin, RM, V, and Jungkook got together yesterday to say goodbye to bandmate J-Hope before he left for his mandatory military service.
Jungkook, who was in Los Angeles, returned to Seoul, South Korea, just so that he could send off J-Hope, his 'Hobi Hyung'.
It was an emotional moment as all the bandmates were seen hugging J-Hope, who can be seen in his military buzz cut.
In fact, a video that was uploaded on Bangtan TV’s YouTube page begins with J-Hope showing his bandmates his new haircut before he greets Jin with a salute.
All the bandmates also take pictures with each other before speaking words of encouragement.
Jin surprised J-Hope by joining the rest of the band a little later. He was the first of the six BTS members to enlist for South Korea's mandatory military training.
Jin began his 18 months of mandatory military service at a front-line South Korean boot camp in December last year.
Jung Hoseok, aka J-Hope, is the second member of BTS to be enlisted for military service.
RM, who is the leader of the band, and J-Hope were supposed to be enlisted at the same time, but RM's service got pushed due to a project.

Sharing a picture of himself in his military buzz cut, J-Hope had said, "I'll have a good trip".
