Virata Parvam, starring Rana Daggubati and Sai Pallavi, gets special poster on Dussehra

Directed by Venu Udugula, the movie also stars Priyamani, Nandita Das and Naveen Chandra

As the country celebrates the victory of good over evil, the makers of Virata Parvam starring Rana Daggubati and Sai Pallavi, have dropped a special poster to wish fans on the festival.

The poster features Daggubati in a rugged look with a full beard. In the foreground of the poster is the image of a burning bus and a few people carrying guns.

Virata Parvam tells a tale that revolves around the Naxalite movement that took place in the Telangana region in the 1990’s.

The movie also stars Priyamani, Nandita Das, Zarina Wahab, Easwari Rao, Naveen Chandra and Sai Chand.

The movie is directed by Venu Udugula and is backed by D. Suresh Babu and Sudhakar Cherukuri under the banner of Sri Lakshmi Venkateswara Cinemas and Suresh Productions.

Virata Parvam has music by Suresh Bobbili, with Dani Sanchez Lopez and Divakar Mani cranking the camera.

Daggubai who was last seen in the multilingual action thriller Haathi Mere Saathi is also working on Bheemla Nayak co-starring Pawan Kalyan. Bheemla Nayak is the remake of the hit Malayalam movie Ayyappanum Koshiyum.

Sai Pallavi’s romantic drama Love Story co-starring Naga Chaitanya hit theatres on September 24 and the actor is also working on Shyam Singha Roy along with Nani.
