Virat Kohli’s fans are convinced today that he is the Greatest of All Time (G.O.A.T.)! Today, the world-famous Indian cricketer is celebrating his 35th birthday. To make the day even more special, Virat Kohli equaled the record of legendary Indian cricketer Sachin Tendulkar after hitting his 49th one-day international century in a World Cup match against South Africa in Kolkata.

Celebrating his 35th birthday, Kohli thrilled the packed crowd at Eden Gardens by reaching a century in just 119 balls. In comparison, Tendulkar achieved the same milestone in 451 innings and 462 matches, highlighting Kohli's remarkable feat of reaching it in 277 innings and 289 ODIs.

Additionally, Kohli has ascended to the position of the second-highest run-scorer at the World Cup, amassing an impressive total of 542 runs.

Anushka Sharma’s reaction to Virat Kohli’s century

As soon as Virat Kohli hit the century, Anushka Sharma took to her Instagram Stories and wrote, “Apne Birthday Pe Khud Ko Present.” The message had Virat Kohli’s image in the background.

Earlier in the day, Anushka penned a goofy birthday wish for Virat Kohli. In the birthday wish, Anushka shared a news article about how Virat is the only cricketer to have taken a wicket on the 0th ball. She even attached a happy selfie with him.
