We know that Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor – the famous Bollywood celebrity couple, attended the Ram Temple consecration ceremony today. For the ceremony, Alia Bhatt chose to adorn a teal-coloured silk saree, expressing her reverence to Lord Rama in a distinctive and personal manner. Ranbir opted for a full-sleeved white kurta paired with a dhoti-style bottom, complementing the ensemble with an intricately embroidered shawl. The consecration ceremony marks the completion of the initial phase of the temple's construction, made possible by a 2019 Supreme Court judgment on the Ram Janmabhoomi-Babri Masjid title suit. The Hindu litigants contended that the Babri Mosque was erected at the site of a temple, symbolizing the birthplace of Lord Ram. In 1992, the 16th-century mosque was demolished by "kar sevaks."
