Fans of Kiccha Sudeep have been waiting for Vikrant Rona with bated breath. As the 'KGF: Chapter 2' aura slowly diminishes, the countdown for Anup Bhandari's 3-D adventure will begin with the film slated to release worldwide on July 28. In the lead up to this, the makers of Vikrant Rona have promised timely exciting updates to all the fans and one such is making its way out on May 16.
Both Sudeep and Anup Bhandari referred to the upcoming announcement via social media. While they divulged no further detail about the upcoming details, fans showed great excitement in the comments with a few even speculating that a song release is in store. So far, the team has released a special video glimpse called the Deadman's Anthem along with the release date teaser, which came out on April 2nd, and fans have been growing eager for more updates.
The team of Vikrant Rona has already laid out a clear promotional tour map that comprises all the updates up till the release. From teaser and trailer releases to surprises along the way, the tour map acts as the perfect guide for the pre-release promotions of the film.
Only recently, it was revealed that the overseas rights of 'Vikrant Rona' were sold for a whopping price (close to $1.3 million) to an agency named One Twenty 8 media. The film, along with its Kannada original, will be released in all the remaining south Indian languages and Hindi. The English version of the film too will be out in theatres and Kiccha Sudeep now holds the distinction of being the very first Kannada actor to dub in English.
Previously, director Anup Bhandari had revealed that the entire production team took painstaking efforts to achieve the desired results. From conducting research on the type of material that would go into making a forest set-piece look real and natural, to creating a distinct color palette through costumes and production design, a lot has gone into the making of the film. The film releases in 3-D on July 28th.
