Vikings: Valhalla

Vikings: Valhalla, which follows the conquests of some of the fiercest Vikings to have ever lived, was released on February 25 on Netflix. It is set hundred years after the original Vikings series.

Jeb Stuart (Die Hard, The Fugitive) serves as the showrunner and executive producer on the show about Leif Eriksson (Sam Corlett), his fiery and headstrong sister Freydis Eriksdotter (Frida Gustavsson), and the ambitious Nordic prince Harald Sigurdsson (Leo Suter).

Right after the release, Twitter was buzzing with opinions about the show, which veer mostly into the positive territory. However, some disagreed that Valhalla does not come close to the original Vikings series.
