Many were pleasantly surprised by the news of Vijay Varma and Tamannaah Bhatia's romance. Onlookers were perplexed as to how the two performers, who rose to fame in such divergent cinematic traditions, could possibly have discovered anything in common. In Bollywood and South films, Tamannaah is famous for her glitzy commercial potboilers, while Vijay has been making waves with his unorthodox stories and edgy characters as of late.
Unveiling common grounds:
Now, during an interaction with the Bombay Times, speaking about the same, Vijay feels he has a lot to learn from her, and there are so many things that he knows she understands, which perhaps makes her look at things differently. It adds an intriguing element to this equation.
According to Vijay, it's so shocking and new for people to see these two very different worlds coming together, but between the two of them, they are very similar as people. The most important thing is that their beliefs and ideals are identical.

Celebrating work ethic:
Vijay stated that Tamannaah and he both are very hard-working actors and when one approaches each role with vigour, they end up celebrating things together. He revealed that if they discuss films when they spend time together, being able to share that happiness with someone is a wonderful experience.
Sujoy Ghosh directed Vijay and Tamannaah as they worked together for the first time in one segment of Lust Stories. On the sets of this film, the couple fell for each other and eventually started dating.
Earlier, there were reports that both Vijay and Tamannaah were planning to get married. However, both Vijay and Tamannaah have denied the reports. However, the couple is not shy and is making several public appearances together, and the Jee Kar Da actor is even calling her beau her "happy place."
