Well, it is a known fact that Vijay Deverakonda will soon team up with Gowtam Tinnanuri of Jersey fame for an action drama. The film is a cop drama and was announced on a grand note. Sreeleela was cast as the female lead but as per the latest update, she was replaced a few weeks ago.
The hunt for the heroine is on as of now and some big names like Triptii Dimri and Rukmini Vasanth were in the news. But we have come to know that none other than Meenakshi Chaudhary has been approached to play one of the leads in this film. Meenakshi was last seen in Mahesh Babu's Guntur Kaaram and has a high chance of bagging the film.

The said film was supposed to go on floors early this year but as Vijay is yet to wrap up Family Drama, the dates of Sreeleela became an issue and she has backed out of the film. The special aspect is that Vijay will be seen as a cop in the film which is being presented by Srikara Studios.
One of the country’s top composers, Anirudh Ravichander, scores the music. Girish Gangadharan is the cinematographer while Navin Nooli(National Award winner for Jersey) is the editor. Avinash Kolla is the art director. Other details surrounding the film cast will be announced shortly.
On the other hand, not many know that Gowtam Tinnanuri went ahead and made a small high school musical ahead of this film. The first look of the same will be out tomorrow in a special way. Sara Arjun of Ponniyin Selvan fame will be seen as the female lead in this film. Watch this space for more updates.
