The teaser for Sam Bahadur has been awaited for quite some time. Now, finally, the teaser for the Meghna Gulzar directorial is set to be released tomorrow, that is, October 13, 2023. Ahead of the release, Vicky Kaushal, who plays the titular role, has unveiled a new still from the film. In the still, the actor looks magnificent as Field Marshal Sam Manekshaw.

In the still, Vicky is seen donning the army uniform and giving an intense look sideways while holding a baton. The actor shared a still with a caption stating, "To a life well lived! #Samबहादुर"

Meanwhile, the teaser for Sam Bahadur will be launched at a grand event held in Mumbai in the presence of the whole team. Talking about the same, a source told Pinkvilla, "Sam Bahadur is a film close to every stakeholder's heart, and the team is committed to bringing it to the big screen on December 1, 2023. The teaser will introduce the audience to the world of this film and also kick off the near-45-day promotional campaign."
Teaser debut during India vs. Pakistan World Cup 2023 match
The one-minute, 26-second teaser will be screened during the India vs. Pakistan World Cup 2023 match. The source further shared, "The India vs. Pakistan World Cup match is the biggest event of the year, which would be watched by over 5 crore Indians. The producers have gone ahead with an impactful marketing campaign, as the teaser of Sam Bahadur will air all throughout the India vs. Pakistan game across the Star Network Platforms. Sam Bahadur also stars Fatima Sana Shaikh as the former Indian Prime Minister Indira Gandhi and Sanya Malhotra as Sam's onscreen wife Siloo. The film is slated to release on December 1, 2023.
