We had earlier reported that Aha Tamil is running a web series titled Vera Maari Office. The makers on Thursday took to social media to announce that Vera Maari Office will be getting a second season. However, a release date is yet to be announced by the makers.
Vera Maari Office gets second season
Aha Tamil web series Vera Maari Office has been renewed for second season, the platform announced on Thursday. The series was directed by Chidambaram Manivannan and stars RJ Vijay in the lead role. Janani Ashok Kumar, Vishnu Vijay, VJ Paaru and Lavanya among others essay pivotal characters in it. The shooting has gone on floors with a release date yet to be revealed.

The story of Vera Maari Office revolves around a corporate office named The Great Indian Company that has different kinds of employees facing immense pressure from the HR and manager to deliver work on time. How the employees come up with various strategies to deal with the pressure forms the rest of the story. However, the plot of the second season has not yet been revealed. In all likely, it is expected to carry on with the same premise and introduce new sub plots. The first season consists of 54 episodes along with a one-hour blooper special. Each episode is under half hour. All the episodes are available to stream on OTTplay Premium.
Aha conquers Tamil content
Vera Maari Office is produced by Shivakanth under the banner Kanaa Production. Sathyaa and Siddhartha Ravindranaath have handled cinematography and editing respectively for the series which has art direction by Vasu Dhevan. Saran Raghavan has composed the music while Shivakanth, Sathya and Saravana have written the story.

Aha has been acquiring Tamil recent releases. In 2024, the platform has acquired the post-theatrical streaming rights of films like Romeo, The Boys, Vadakkupatti Ramasamy and in the latest Kurangu Pedal. The latter is set to stream on the platform on June 14.
