The song starts with Skylar Grey, reminding you of Eminem’s Kings Never Die. Eminem or Marshall Mathers composed the title track of the prequel Venom too. The Venom track was a big hit with movie fans as well as music lovers. It seems that Last One Standing will also follow the suit. The song has already got more than 2 million views within 24 hours of its release.
The film Venom, which introduced the series, is about the titular character Eddie Brock, played by Tom Hardy, who gets possessed by a symbiote from another world. The symbiote finds itself drawn to an unusual friendship with Eddie because both are 'losers' - Eddie on earth and Venom in his chaotic home planet. So the losers team up to save the earth.
In Venom 2, Eddie Brock will battle alongside Venom, the latter’s arch-enemy from his home planet Carnage. But it won’t be easy as Carnage now resides in the body of a psychotic serial killer Cletus Kasady who has agreed to kill Venom in exchange for his freedom from Carnage.
The movie will release in India on October 14.
