Veera Dheera Sooran, the highly anticipated film marks Chiyaan Vikram’s first collaboration with Chittha fame director SU Arun Kumar. The project, which features Dushara Vijayan as the female lead, is gearing up to hit the theatres on January 23, 2025. After a long wait, the makers dropped the Veera Dheera Sooran first single, Kalloorum, on social media today (January 11, 2025). The romantic number, composed by GV Prakash Kumar, has impressed the netizens.

The much awaited first single of Veera Dheera Sooran, the Kalloorum song, featuring Chiyaan Vikram and leading lady Dushara Vijayan, is finally out. The soothing melody, sung by Shweta Mohan and Haricharan Sheshadri, portrays the heartwarming relationship between the protagonist and his wife, played by Vikram and Dushara, respectively. Vivek’s lyrics perfectly narrates the simplicity of the small town-based couple’s romance, and their unconditional love for each other. The lead pair’s exceptional chemistry in the lyrical video suggests that Veera Dheera Sooran is based on a soulful love story.

Chiyaan Vikram is set to play the central character Kaali, a small-town based grocery shop owner, in Veera Dheera Sooran. Dushara Vijayan plays Kaali’s wife Kalaivaani, while Suryah plays the role of an ill-tempered cop named Arunagiri. Suraj Venjaramoodu, Siddique, Paval Navageethan, Ramesh Indhira, Baalaji SU, and others play the pivotal roles in SU Arun Kumar’s film.

GV Prakash Kumar has composed the songs and the original score. Theni Eswar is the director of photography. Prasanna GK handles the editing. The Chiyaan Vikram starrer is produced by Riya Shibu, under the banner HR Pictures. The official trailer of the highly anticipated project is expected to be revealed, in a few days.
