Varun Dhawan is reportedly set to collaborate with producer Sajid Nadiadwala again on two back-to-back films. Dhawan will begin shooting with Nitesh Tiwari for an untitled project from March 15.
A source told Pinkvilla that this film is in the "feel-good space" and the project will take place in outdoor locations over a period of two months. The source added that the pre-production process is already in full swing.
This untitled film will be Tiwari and Nadiadwala's second collaboration after Sushant Singh Rajput's Chhichhore.
Pinkvilla writes that after this film is wrapped, Dhawan will begin work on a film directed by Ravi Udyawar of Mom-fame.
The source told the outlet that this feature is "an out and out commercial film" with "action, emotion, drama, thrill and romance to pack a powerful punch." This project will go on floors in June this year and will have a start-to-finish schedule.
Meanwhile, Dhawan's other upcoming films include Raj Mehta's Jug Jugg Jeeyo with Anil Kapoor, Neetu Kapoor and Kiara Advani as well as Bhediya a horror-comedy directed by Amar Kaushik. The film also stars Kriti Sanon and is the third horror-comedy from producer Dinesh Vijayan after Stree and Roohi.
