The untitled film will see David Dhawan directing Varun Dhawan for the fourth time
A few months back, we had reported about Varun Dhawan all set to be directed by his father in an unnamed film. Just like any other David Dhawan film, this film too promised to be full on masala entertainer. Today, we bring to you one of the major updates about the film, which has been untitled so far. The latest update about the film is that the makers have now revealed the release date of the much-awaited film, which is being produced by none other than Ramesh Taurani, the head honcho of TIPS Music .
As per a media note, the film’s makers have now zeroed down on October 2, 2025 as the day and date when the film will be released. Besides the fact that the film is being produced by Ramesh Taurani and is being directed by David Dhawan with Varun Dhawan as the leading man, the film’s makers have not revealed any other details about the film. The film will be going on the floors in April 2024.

As for the said film, it will be marking the fourth time collaboration between the father and don duo of David Dhawan and Varun Dhawan. The previous three films being Main Tera Hero, Judwaa 2, and Coolie No 1. As for Varun Dhawan, he is one super busy man these days.
Besides this film, he is committed to the film ‘Baby John’ (which was previously titled VD 18), which is being directed by A. Kaleeswaran. The film stars Wamiqa Gabbi and Keerthy Suresh as the leading ladies. Besides them, the film also stars Jackie Shroff and Rajpal Yadav in all-important roles. The film is being produced by Murad Khetani, Priya Atlee, and Jyoti Deshpande. The film is all set to be released on May 31, 2024.
Besides these two films, Varun Dhawan will also be seen in the desi version of the much-awaited Amazon show Citadel, which is being directed by Raj and DK. For the unversed, the original version of the show starred Priyanka Chopra Jonas and Richard Madden in the leading roles.
