Valimai: Ajith Kumar starrer gets new promos; shows emotional and action side of movie

Directed by H. Vinoth, the action thriller is finally hitting screens on February 24

Valimai starring Ajith Kumar is one of the biggest movies that is set for a release this year and the anticipation over the action thriller is big. The makers of the movie have now released more short promos for the project ahead of its release.

Boney Kapoor and Zee Studios, who are backing the movie, took to social media to share the new promos in a series of promos. The latest promo, which the makers shared on Twitter shows the emotional side of Valimai which is touted to be heavy on action.

The short video shows Ajith being at his sick mother’s bedside and thinking about his past. The video shows his character as a child enjoying some quality time with his mother, while the song titled Mother Song from the movie is playing in the background. The promo gives a glimpse into the emotional side of the movie, which is often overshadowed by all the high-octane action the movie will offer.

While this promo video was shared with the caption, “Power of Emotions”, the makers also released a short promo video with the caption, “The POWER of good vs the POWER of evil.”

This short video features some of the accelerating action scenes from the project, where Ajith can also be taking on bad guys on bikes as well as a shot from a fight scene from the movie.

Boney Kapoor has been releasing promo videos for the movie for a few days now, as Valimai is at its final stretch before its grand release. With Ajith and Kapoor collaborating with directed H. Vinod for the second time following Nerkonda Paarvai, the action thriller is set to hit screens on February 24.
